CNC Machining
AT INSCO, we use the latest CNC machines from LMW in India for machining on hexagon nuts and bolts, we can offer 100% repeatability and consistency in machining for the bolts & nuts manufactured by us in Sohar.
These machines are ideal for turning operations, such as cutting, drilling, threading, and shaping metal. The lathe shapes the body of the bolt (the cylindrical part), creates threads, and optionally cuts the head as per the application.
CNC is applied on various steel materials and can produce various types of threads (metric, imperial, etc.). At INSCO, it is used to produce both low and high-volume production without compromising the precision levels.
